COOKING - WAITING

Study Period: 2 years. The students engage in theoretical studies and learn all kinds of kitchen-related skills as well as waiting. After graduation they can work as kitchen assistants or waiters. They get their training by cooking the school meals and by doing the cooking, setting the tables and serving the people in the Livslust-Dzivesprieks café when the room has been hired for gatherings.
